  • About the Scheduled downtime?

    This can be 2 parts,

    1. Feature upgrades, version upgrades of infra services - We will plan for this without any downtime, by splitting it into multiple segments or having a backup during that period. If any restart is required, there could be a downtime of certain components during the restart. But we will inform about this well in advance to our customers.

    2. For AWS recommended patch updates - This would have downtime, but will be for a very short period, affecting only a few components.

  • What about browser compatibility? What are the browsers supporting for Recording and Playback?

    Video Playback - All browsers and devices.

  • Do we require one account for all customers or one account per user?

    We can support both models.

    1. One CSOD account with each organization as a user inside the account.

    2. Separate accounts created for each organization of CSOD where accounts

  • Is the data passed to other regions even temporarily?

    No. None of the data will be passed to any of the regions apart from the configured region for that user.

  • Who can access the video?

    With our RBAC feature, we can provide controlled access to the users. Admins can create relevant profiles with access to the required. This can also be a part of account creation. We provide an administrative console to configure these.
